Muhammad Iftikhar Khan is a Peshawar-based, award-winning, multimedia journalist. He holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from University of Peshawar and has worked with many news organizations since 2010.
Khan is actively engaged in the reporting and editing of text and visual stories from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He has covered various news beats including climate change, environment, women empowerment and other developmental stories. Last year, he won the prestigious Ameer Ahmad Saddiqui Award for a story about climate change effects on honey production in Pakistan and its overall position in the international honey market.
In addition, he also mentored and trained many reporters and citizen journalists from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.
